Acne Prevention Tips

 

  • Avoid high glucid (sugar) level in your diet.
  • Cleanse your skin morning and night faithfully with gentle cleanser and rinse with likewarm water.
  • Change cover pillows twice a week
  • In the morning drink a glass of water mixed with real juice from a lemon.
  • Clean your phone regularly
  • Avoid putting your hands or fingers on your face.
  • Check the quality of your products, some are comedogenic
  • Do not use topical alcohol it throws the hydrolipidic film off balance
  • Eat at least 50 percent less sugar (cake-sweets)
  • Reduce your consumption of dairy products (especially cheese)
  • Drink a lot of water
  • Reduce consumption of red meat and shelfish food
